i love love love papaya salad, and will be making some for dinner tonight with chicken for the boys. my absolute favorite place to get papaya salad is, hands down, hot cafe in college park. i grew up in the neighborhood behind the restaurant, so i've grown loving this place. their signage says "thai and chinese" but its totally beyond that. thai restaurants owned by laotians are the best ones in most cases. trust me!
